the Tulare Farm Bureau. Randy Baxley leased the Yard in
1993 to continue servicing the Livestock industry in the San Joaquin
Valley area. Randy and the Baxley Family represent a long line of
cattle business people. Woodrow Baxley, Randy's grandfather, is
a long time resident and rancher in the area and Randy's dad is a well
known livestock auctioneer.
